Thrasher is so professional in every aspect of their business. Chris is our regular technician and is super professional and courteous and kind; he even fixed our hose while there a few weeks back, when other people would have said “can’t complete this until your hose is fixed.” They text before arriving, email monthly service statements and all billing is automatic. It’s a really well ran business with really great people and client service. Highly recommend.
We so appreciate the extra thoughtfulness Mark has put into taking care of our home on Coronado over the past couple years! With young kids and dogs (one with respiratory issues) we are very particular about how and when chemicals are used. Mark helps us keep everyone safe, is timely, respectful, and he's a real person who makes us feel confident about doing business with Thrasher. We actually just moved away from Coronado, but I just couldn't leave without sharing my appreciation for Mark!!!!!!

Thrasher is amazing. I've had a couple panics - one for good reason, another not. They got here within a few hours (or the next day), and explained what was going on and how they'd solve it - which they did. They are so knowledgeable, so on-the-ball, and so personable. You can tell this is a family business. Robin, Josue, and Demetrius are fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. ALSO: go local, support San Diego businesses.
Mark Vollenweider from Thrasher has been taking care of my old house in Coronado for years. The warm weather brings the ants out, but Mark with the two-step process, inside and out, makes them go away. And they absolutely stand behind their warranty. So nice to have someone who takes pride in their workmanship.
Mark came through and inspected our place for any unwelcome critters. He was very pleasant to work with and my wife has mentioned his skill and kindness in helping her while I was away at sea.
