Al Oregon, my technician today, was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and respectful of my home. Most important to me was that he exhibited unmatched courtesy, but was also really personable. He should be an instructor in client satisfaction to the rest of the Thrasher technicians. Addendum - Ben Estrada, my tech today, did an amazing job on my home today. His courtesy, communication, respect for my home was unmatched.
