If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Their inspector was thorough, knowledgeable and great at communicating his findings. We found termites and wanted to fumigate promptly before moving into our new home. Thrasher had the tent in place that weekend and completed their task on time for a great price. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
Josue Ruiz helped us discover the extent of our mouse infestation and developed a plan to both exterminate them and to make repairs and changes to our home to keep them out. He was very thorough and professional, explaining what he would be doing and why, and answering our many questions. I highly recommend Josue for this type of pest control.
Another AMAZING quarterly service by Raul Sanchez! Raul came to my home on Presidents’ Day, and did a very complete, thorough job with de-webbing, spraying for ants, granulating problem areas, and refilling my rodent bait stations. He spent time carefully completing these tasks, was not in a hurry to leave, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. Raul is very nice and hardworking, and I was pleased with the good service he provided! Great job, Raul, and many thank-yous!
Okay folks, here's my story. I'm real and this isn't endorsed or paid/fake blah blah.I bought a fridge on offer up and instead of getting a mini fridge, I brought in the f'n largest concentration of German cockroaches known to man apparently. Luckily I bought it for my garage and not my house, but since these Germans thought it was still WW2, they managed to invade my house thinking it was Russia.We like most of us that get bugs, are not "dirty" or gross ppl and keep a well maintained home. Doesn't matter to cockroaches.... so I throw my new to me mini fridge away (but of course someone else drove up and took it out of the dumpster )I called Thrasher and they responded immediately. Keith came out and talked me through the process, even recommended only doing traps first instead of selling me the spraying bc he acknowledged me removing the source(fridge). I still chose the spraying bc I was mortified of even having one roach in my house. Two sprays later the roaches are almost gone completely, but he came for one more because I saw one (almost dead) but still alive trying to get in from the garage. Ever appointment is a two hour window, but they always call to give you a heads up on their ETA and both times Keith came out, he was there early and even waited for me yesterday bc I had to go get my kids.Long review, but I wanted to take the time and review this business and let everyone know that should you need their service, look no where else.
