Thrasher is amazing. I've had a couple panics - one for good reason, another not. They got here within a few hours (or the next day), and explained what was going on and how they'd solve it - which they did. They are so knowledgeable, so on-the-ball, and so personable. Thrasher is so professional in every aspect of their business. Chris is our regular technician and is super professional and courteous and kind; he even fixed our hose while there a few weeks back, when other people would have said “can’t complete this until your hose is fixed.” They text before arriving, email monthly service statements and all billing is automatic. It’s a really well ran business with really great people and client service. Highly recommend.
Mark came through and inspected our place for any unwelcome critters. He was very pleasant to work with and my wife has mentioned his skill and kindness in helping her while I was away at sea.
